1. Booking & Reservation
All accommodation bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Shri Gajanan Maharaj Sansthan.
Guests are responsible for providing accurate personal and contact information at the time of booking. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation containing incorrect or misleading information.
Check-In Time: 2:00 PM
Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
All adult guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving Licence, or Voter ID) during check-in.
Failure to provide valid identification may result in refusal of accommodation.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Free Cancellation: Up to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in.
- Late Cancellation: Less than 48 hours before check-in will incur 100% cancellation charges.
- No Show: No refund will be provided for unused bookings.
- Refund Processing: Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.
Cancellation or modification requests must be submitted through email or phone.
3. Payment
We accept payments through secure payment gateways using:
- Credit Cards
- Debit Cards
- UPI
- Net Banking
All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise mentioned.
Any applicable invoice will be provided upon request.
We are not responsible for bank charges or transaction failures occurring at the customer's end.
4. Guest Conduct
To ensure a peaceful and comfortable environment for all visitors, guests are expected to follow these guidelines:
- Treat staff, visitors, and property with respect.
- Smoking is prohibited in non-smoking rooms and designated restricted areas.
- Pets are not permitted unless prior written approval has been obtained.
- Parties, loud music, alcohol abuse, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
- Guests will be responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay.
5. Limitation of Liability
Shri Gajanan Maharaj Sansthan shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or injury to guests or their belongings except where required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accommodation for guests who violate these Terms & Conditions without any refund.
Bookings may be modified or cancelled due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government regulations, or emergencies. Where applicable, guests may receive a refund or an alternative booking option.
We shall not be liable for delays or inconvenience caused by transportation, weather conditions, or other external factors.
